SOFIE: Third meeting and steps forward!

On November 8th and 9th, the third international meeting of the SOFIE project took place in Samsun (Turkey).

The meeting has been an important moment for all the partners of the consortium to exchange views about the next steps of the project that will be based on the finalization of the SOFIE online platform and a curriculum course for mother and children.

Indeed, during the meeting, the consortium has had the possibility to analyse the progress of the piloting of the online platform which has been tasted with migrants, refugees and asylum seekers from partners’ countries. Moreover, the different pedagogical aspects of the curriculum for mother and children have been discussed in details by the entire consortium.

During the meeting, partners had also the possibility to get in touch with some institutions of the city of Sansum in order to disseminate the project also at governmental level. Indeed, must be mentioned the meeting with Mr. M. Hayri Şen, Office of the Private Secretary, Governorship of Samsun which has been a noteworthy experience in order to improve the impact of the project and create a dialogue with the regional institutions about the topic of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
